LSCM 2001 - The Integrated Supply Chain
Effective supply chain organizational relationships are needed to successfully manage the flow of materials and
information between members of the supply chain. This course will look at the dynamics and conflicting objectives
of supply chain partners, and discuss how to integrate these to improve individual company performance and market share.
