LSCM 2003 – Technology for Supply Chain Management

 This course will use a supply chain software application to show how technology impacts the supply chain and the benefits of using technology.  Students will interact with the application to demonstrate different case scenarios and the differences it can make among supply chain members. 

	understanding demand forecasting, demand management, and capacity planning
	making purchasing and production decisions
	designing transportation flows
	working with an appropriate information system
	designing optimal inventory strategies
	enhancing customer value in the supply chain
